Please take a moment to read through the information below before placing your order. If you have any questions at all, I am always happy to help.

Shipping & Delivery

Dutch operates internationally and our main store operations are based outside of the UK.

Standard delivery is approximately 7–14 working days from dispatch unless otherwise stated on the product listing.

All shipping costs are included within the final price shown on our website. This is simply a way I like to keep things easy and transparent for customers when shopping with Dutch, so there are no unexpected shipping costs added at checkout.

Please bear in mind that many Dutch designs are not lightweight garments. Some designs feature substantial amounts of fabric, dramatic ruffles, layered detailing and statement silhouettes, making them heavier and more expensive to ship internationally. Shipping costs are still included within the price of your purchase.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking details and instructions on how to track your parcel throughout its journey.

Your parcel will initially travel through international air shipping networks before being handed over to your local courier for final delivery. For example:

• United Kingdom – Royal Mail or Parcelforce
• Spain – Correos
• Dubai – Emirates Post

The same tracking number provided upon dispatch can be used throughout the entire shipping journey, including with your local courier once the parcel arrives in your country.

Please note that tracking updates can occasionally be delayed whilst parcels transfer between international carriers, customs facilities and local delivery networks. This is completely normal and does not necessarily indicate an issue with your shipment.

Need Your Order Faster?

Fast-track shipping is available on many orders at an additional cost.

If you have a specific deadline, holiday, event or occasion that you need your order for, I would always recommend contacting me before placing your order.

I regularly arrange faster shipping options for customers and will always do my best to find the quickest and most cost-effective solution available.

International Shipping & Customs

As Dutch ships internationally, parcels may occasionally be subject to customs inspections, processing delays, import duties, taxes or handling fees depending on the destination country.

Parcel are always labeled and documented to avoid this but if Any customs charges, taxes, duties or fees are determined by local authorities remain the responsibility of the customer.

In the rare event that a parcel is delayed, inspected or held by customs, Dutch cannot be held responsible for any resulting delays, fees or charges.

Returned, Refused or Unclaimed Parcels

Please ensure all delivery information is entered correctly when placing your order.

If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect address, contact number, refusal of delivery, failure to collect the parcel, or because nobody was available to receive it, any costs associated with reshipping the parcel will be the responsibility of the customer.

Shipping costs are non-refundable once an order has been dispatched.

Pre-Orders

Many Dutch designs are produced in limited quantities and may be offered on a pre-order basis after a sell out or if a design launch is underway production. 

Where applicable, pre-order timeframes will always be clearly stated within the product description.

By placing a pre-order, customers acknowledge and accept the estimated production and dispatch timeframe stated on the product page.

Limited Edition Designs

Many Dutch designs are produced in extremely limited quantities to keep exclusiveness and restocks cannot always be guaranteed.

If you are unsure about sizing, fit or styling, I strongly recommend contacting me before placing your order. I am always happy to help.

Exchanges & returns 

Due to the exclusive and limited nature of many Dutch designs, we do not offer refunds for change of mind.

In certain circumstances, exchanges may be considered subject to approval.

Any exchange request must be made within 5 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for an exchange:

• The item must be unworn and unused
• The item must be returned in its original condition
• The item must be free from perfume, smoke, makeup, fake tan, deodorant, pet hair or any other marks or odours
• Photographic evidence may be requested before an exchange is approved

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs associated with exchanges.

Exchanges are subject to stock availability and can only be exchanged for an item of equal value.

Dutch reserves the right to refuse an exchange if an item is returned in a condition that differs from how it was originally supplied.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

Once a parcel has been dispatched and tracking information has been provided, Dutch cannot be held responsible for delays caused by postal services, customs authorities, courier networks, weather conditions or other circumstances outside of our control.

If you believe your parcel may be delayed or lost, please contact me and I will always do my best to assist in obtaining further information from the courier.

Sizing Advice

If you are unsure about sizing, please contact me before placing your order.

Many Dutch designs feature elasticated fittings, adjustable details and flexible sizing, however fit can vary between styles.

I am always happy to provide personalised sizing advice and help you choose the most suitable design.

Caring For Your Dutch Pieces

Dutch designs are created using high-quality fabrics selected for both their style and longevity.

Many of our designs feature dramatic ruffles, layered detailing, floor-sweeping hems and statement silhouettes. Some pieces are intentionally designed to trail, drape or have a heavier, more luxurious feel due to the amount of fabric used.

With the correct care, your Dutch pieces are designed to be loved and worn for years to come.

To maintain the quality of your garments, we recommend:

• Gentle hand wash or delicate cold wash only
• Do not tumble dry
• Hang or lay flat to dry naturally
• Steam or iron gently if required
• Avoid harsh detergents and bleaching products

Please take extra care around delicate fabrics, trims and ruffle detailing.

For larger statement pieces, heavily layered designs, floor-length garments or designs with extended trains, professional dry cleaning is recommended where possible.
